Hair Xtacy has proudly served Burlington for decades. The former Hair Xtacy salon on Ironstone Drive has been rebranded as Meloo Salon and now operates independently under the ownership of Carmen Commisso, while Hair Xtacy continues welcoming clients at its downtown location on New Street.
