Co-Owner

As co-owner of the famous HairXtacy salons in Burlington and with over 35 years of experience, Vince is an expert to say the least. His expertise goes beyond the four walls of his salon, as he has competed and won on national and international levels. Vince has stepped foot on the world stage as a Canadian Master judge, a great way of giving back to a profession that has given him so much. His love for doing hair and making people feel good is apparent as he services clients at the salon on a daily basis. Vince is a family man, and nothing is more precious to him than his wife and children. He is proud to being continuing the HairXtacy legacy that his father originated in 1963.

Co-Owner

Joe Commisso’s career in the hair industry has spanned over three decades.Over the course of his career he has won over 30 competitions all over North America and Europe. He was selected on the Canadian Olympic team and competed in London, England.

He has studied with Vidal Sassoon and Toni and Guy, to name a few. The student later became the teacher and became a platform artist and educator. Joe has passed his knowledge on to many of the top stylists around today.

He specializes in colouring, highlighting and cutting for both women’s and men’s hair. Joe loves doing all types of hair : short, long, fine, thick, curly or straight.

Stylist/Colourist

Alexandra has been a stylist and colourist for the past 25 years. She is trained and certified in multiple colour systems. Alexandra gets inspired by other hairdressers that work at “Hair-Xtacy”, a team that helps to create exactly what their clients envision when they sit down in their chair.

Stylist/Colourist

Diana graduated from hair school in 2001 and has been at Hair Xtacy for 19 years. She has attended many colour, styling and cutting courses offered by Wella, Tony & Guy and other artists from The Academy. When she’s not working, you can find her out & about with her 3 kids or hosting family & friends in her home. She also enjoys travelling with her husband & snuggling on the couch with her 2 dogs. “The best thing about working at Hair Xtacy is that it never feels like work. I get to meet so many people & when I make my clients smile, that’s real success”

Stylist/Colourist

Mike has been part of the hair industry and part of the Hair Xtacy team for over 20 years. Over his career Mike has completed many different courses and classes including Wella master colourists and numerous cutting techniques.

If you want a basic touch up or complete transformation, Mike will be more than happy to help you out!!!

In his spare time Mike enjoys family time, which is mostly taken up by going to his daughter’s rep soccer.

Stylist

Roberta has been a hairstylist for over 20 years. She loves to experiment with new trends and is knowledgeable about various techniques. From long layers, highlights, and formal updos, Roberta can do it all. Having attended multiple training courses all around the world, including Italy, Amsterdam, and California, she is equipped with the skills necessary to help you look and feel your best! Outside of the salon, Roberta is a big animal lover, enjoying the company of her dog Rocky. Pictures of your pet are more than welcome at her appointment.

Samantha has been with us since 2017. She strives for excellence and is always helping our clients feel happy and at home when they come into the salon. She has trained as a stylist, but also has a passion for the business side of operations. Sam has an absolute love for travel and so far has visited 19 countries and hopes to see as much of the world as she can.
